黄爵滋（1793（癸丑年）—1853）清代官吏、诗人。字德成，号树斋。抚州宜黄县城人。官至礼、刑二部侍郎。清代著名政治家、思想家、文学家.当黄爵滋初入仕途时，鸦片流毒正肆无忌惮地吞噬着清王朝积弱的躯体。闭关锁国政策的推行，使这个“天朝上国”妄自尊大、因循守旧，举国孤陋寡闻，陶醉于“天朝物产丰盈，无所不有”的无知状态。刚刚迈进而立之年的黄爵滋不禁一声叹息。积极倡导禁烟的先驱者之一，与林则徐、邓廷桢等均为禁烟名臣。
