译文
高低不平的小路穿行于乱山之间，诸位贤人相送这么远真令我不安。
小溪上空乌云压头更增添了离别的愁绪，风吹动着衣服雪花沾满了鬓发。
什么时候还能在燃着花烛的草堂上共叙情谊，我呀等着听你们登科及弟的喜讯。
只要互相思念也用不着太多的书信问侯，分别之后我希望你们更深入的研究学问。
傍晚时来到铺满大雪的山城关界，回乡的心情和离别的愁绪使人茫然若失。
学生们在困难时跟随我真令我惭愧，这使人会想起孔子微服过宋的故事来。
岁暮时不为什么也要在一起喝酒论道，春天里要记着寄书信来。
莫要推辞通宵秉烛而坐，过了明天呵陇上的烟雾就隔断了相互的思念。
注释
蹊：小路。间关：这里指诸贤相送走了很远的路。
桂枝句：秋殿，朝庭在秋天举行的殿试。跻攀，上升。旧时把登科及弟喻为折桂。等着听登科及弟的喜讯。
订顽：订正愚顽。
及门句：及门，正式登门拜师受业的学生。从陈，跟随，引用孔子在陈绝粮从者病的故事。全句的意思是从学生们跟随自己那天起就感到惭愧。
微服句：微服，为隐蔽身分而改穿的服装。此句用典，《孟子·万章》上记载，孔子在鲁国、卫国过得不顺心，又遇上宋国的司马桓要拦截杀害他，就改变装束通过宋国。
缄书：书信。

王守仁（1472年10月31日－1529年1月9日），汉族，幼名云，字伯安，号阳明，封新建伯，谥文成，人称王阳明。明代最著名的思想家、文学家、哲学家和军事家。王阳明不仅是宋明心学的集大成者，一生事功也是赫赫有名，故称之为“真三不朽”其学术思想在中国、日本、朝鲜半岛以及东南亚国家乃至全球都有重要而深远的影响，因此，王守仁（心学集大成者）和孔子（儒学创始人）、孟子（儒学集大成者）、朱熹（理学集大成者）并称为孔、孟、朱、王。
