译文
自从那天送你远去，我心里总是对你难分难舍，一点相思情在心中萦绕不绝。记得送别时我斜倚着栏杆目送你远行。我用衣袖拂去如雪的杨花，以免妨碍视线。然而你的身影已看不见了，只见弯弯曲曲的小溪向东流去，重重的山峦遮住了你远行的道路，我才意识到心上的人，真的走远了。
注释
南吕：宫调名。四块玉：曲牌名。
绝：断。
凭阑袖拂杨花雪：写主人公靠着阑干，用袖拂去如雪的飞絮，以免妨碍视线。杨花雪，语出苏轼《少年游》：“去年相送，余杭门外，飞雪似杨花。今年春尽，杨花似雪，犹不见还家。”如雪花般飞舞的杨花。
斜：此处指溪流拐弯。

四块玉·别情鉴赏
这是一首描写离别情绪的小令，用代言体写男女离别相思，从语言、结构到音情都有值得称道之处。
“自送别，心难舍，一点相思几时绝。”自从送别以后，心中万分难舍，一点相思之情，绵绵不断，不知何时能停止？作者以主人公——一名与爱人分离的女子口吻写来，直抒其缠绵的相思、真挚的爱情。曲从别后说起，口气虽平易，然送别的当时，既觉“难舍”，过后思量，心绪自然无法平静。说“相思”只“一点”，似乎不多，但又不知“几时”能绝。这就强调了别情缠绵的一面，比起强调别情沉重的那一面，似乎更合情理，此即所谓藕断丝连。“一点相思几时绝”是全篇的中心，它强调了别情的缠绵，使之成为全篇描写和抒情的基调，也使前三句显得十分形象。
“凭阑袖拂杨花雪”一句有二重意味：首先点明季节为暮春（杨花如雪）时候，此时节容易动人离思，句中或许还含有“去年相送，余杭门外，飞雪似杨花。今年春尽，杨花似雪，犹不见还家”（苏轼《少年游》）那种暗示别离情景的意味；二是点明处所系有阑干处，当是高楼；与此同时也就点明了女主人公是独上高楼，她在楼上站了很久，以致杨花飞满衣襟，须时时“袖拂”。
末尾三句“溪又斜，山又遮，人去也”，分明是别时景象，它与前数句的关系不甚确定。可有多种解会。可作顺承看，女主人公既在“凭阑”，不免由望GREn/ target=_blank class=infotextkey>情人的去路而引起神伤，“人去也”是痛定思痛的口吻。另一种是作逆挽看，可认为作者在章法上作了倒叙腾挪，近乎小山词所谓“从别后，忆相逢”（晏几道《鹧鸪天》）的写法。两种解读都可以，就造就了作品的多义性和启发性，体现了作品之妙。

关汉卿（约1220年──1300年），元代杂剧作家。是中国古代戏曲创作的代表人物，“元曲四大家”之首。号已斋（一作一斋）、已斋叟。汉族，解州人（今山西省运城），与马致远、郑光祖、白朴并称为“元曲四大家”。以杂剧的成就最大，一生写了60多种，今存18种，最著名的有《窦娥冤》；关汉卿也写了不少历史剧，如：《单刀会》、《单鞭夺槊》、《西蜀梦》等；散曲今在小令40多首、套数10多首。关汉卿塑造的“我却是蒸不烂、煮不熟、捶不匾、炒不爆、响珰珰一粒铜豌豆”（〈不伏老〉）的形象也广为人称，被誉“曲家圣人”。
