我是百忙之中的一个闲人，更有高眠可使你诧异吃惊。
春光侵入四肢，胜过频频将美酒畅饮，风儿吹醒我的午梦，梦境飘忽纷乱有如流云。
学生的读书声不妨碍环境幽静，图书满席表明我不忘辛勤。
黄昏时打着呵欠缓步出门，见帘外红花自管自飞落纷纷。

梦锡：姓氏与生平未详，孔平仲有诗称梦锡节推，其官职为节度推官。
可诧（chà）君：可使君诧。
四支：四肢。
浓似酒：像喝醉酒一样手脚绵软。
诸生：集贤院的学生。
弦诵：泛指朗读诗书。
向：临近。

昼眠呈梦锡创作背景
这首诗具体的创作时间已无从考证，大约是作者经吕公著推荐，初入仕任秘书丞集贤校理之时所作。写在明媚和煦的春天昼眠的生活小事，并将诗送给一位叫郑梦锡的友人，以抒发仕途不如意的情怀。

昼眠呈梦锡鉴赏
这首诗起句交代诗人昼眠的原因。在“百忙之际”，摆脱世务，“偷得浮生半日闲”，使朋友感到惊诧不已。虽然诗人没有进一步交代导致自己闲暇的原因，但他如果身居朝廷要职，是不会如此的。个中隐约透出了他仕途不得意的心情。
“春入四支浓似酒”写昼眠前的感觉。在暖融融的阳春季节，人会感到手脚软绵绵的，就像喝醉了酒一样。用“入”字来形容春意沁人肺腑，十分妥贴。“风吹孤梦乱如云”，是回忆昼眠中的情景。“孤梦”，说明这一觉睡得香甜安稳，连梦都被春风吹乱，如天上飘浮的白云，理不出头绪。其实，从作者这种连梦境都不愿如实透露的写法中，可以见出他深埋在心底的某种苦衷的端倪。
颈联是叙事。“诸生”指集贤院的学生，他们趁着大好春光正在朗朗读书。而作者自有定力，在弦诵声中照样能集中心思，不废勤读。他是在宋英宗治平二年（1065年）进士及第后，经吕公著推荐才得到这个小官职的，对这个不能尽其才的职位虽有所不满，但仍忠于职守，有时还可忙里偷闲。
最后两句写作者昼眠后的情景。打个呵欠，伸伸懒腰，掀帘下阶，徐步出门。这才发现天色已近傍晚，风儿正吹着落花，满院飘洒。昼眠后的诗人怡然自得地欣赏着这黄昏时节的景色，表面上悠闲自在。实则从诗人对“自纷纷”的落花描写中，可以体会到他无可奈何的情绪。花开花落，只能顺应节气，任其自然；人的升降荣辱，亦命中注定，不必强求，应泰然处之。这种对人生的态度不算是积极的，但作者也只能如此了。
这首诗虽是作者记录日常生活中的一件极普通的小事，但层次分明，言简意深，字里行间透露出作者是一个忙里偷闲、闹中求静有生活情趣之人，也反映出作者以为屈才的不满情绪。
