元（公元一二八二年至一三六六年）字汝质，号去华山人，莆田人，洪岩虎之子。生于元世祖至元十九年，卒于惠宗至正二十六年，年八十五岁。尝官训导。希文的诗风，清遒激壮，有续轩渠集十卷，《四库总目》行于世。
