华岳，南宋诗人。生卒年不详，字子西，贵池（今属安徽）人。因读书于贵池齐山翠微亭，自号翠微，武学生。开禧元年（1205）因上书请诛韩侂胄、苏师旦，下建宁（今福建建瓯）狱。韩侂胄诛，放还。嘉定十年(1217)，登武科第一，为殿前司官属。密谋除去丞相史弥远，下临安狱，杖死东市。其诗豪纵，有《翠微北征录》。
