（1045—1106）建州浦城人，徙居苏州，字端叔。神宗熙宁三年进士。调临川尉，移知寿春。进所著《孟子解义》，除应天府国子监教授，改著作佐郎。元丰中知山阴县，监左藏北库。哲宗朝通判宿州，复除开封府提举常平等事。徽宗即位，知虔州。崇宁初为都官郎中，时立元祐党籍，乃上言元祐臣僚因国事获罪，不应刻名著籍，禁锢子孙。坐忤宰相曾布，降官知泰州。后提举舒州灵仙观以卒。
