1869-1943，字懿生，号铁夫、季良、鸾坡，以号行，广东香山人。光绪二十七年（1901）举人，三十年（1904）考取内阁中书。官广西知府。民国间曾任无锡国专词学教授及香港广州大学、国民大学教授。曾从朱祖谋学梦窗，后即以笺释吴文英的《梦窗词》扬名词坛。著有《抱香室词钞》、《梦窗词笺》等。晚年蛰居香港之青山，以著述自娱。
