本来面目的典故
佛教禅宗六代世祖慧能从小听人念诵佛经，心中有所觉悟，就到黄梅县东禅寺投奔禅宗五世弘忍大师学习佛法，被秘密授与祖师衣钵，连夜逃到南方，遇到僧人慧明，要求讲佛法。慧能说：“不思善，不思恶，这是一念不生的境界，就是你的本来面目。”
