雷厉风行的典故

唐朝时期，国子博士韩愈因反对唐宪宗迎佛骨而被贬潮州刺史。他到任后写《潮州刺史谢上表》歌颂唐宪宗能够躬亲听政、旋乾转坤、机关阖开、雷厉风飞。唐宪宗觉得他很忠心就改授他为袁州刺史，后又调为国子祭酒。
