西汉初年，韩信被封为齐王，丞相萧何担心韩信兵权太大，就找樊哙共商计策。樊哙自鸣得意，连夸自己是如何斗败项羽，吓得他目瞪口呆，从而保住主公。面对这淮阴一饿夫且手无缚鸡之力的韩信，只须叫一两个人就可以把他一刀两断。
